There's plenty of parking available (including handicap parking) at the market and it's a very short walk to the shaded vendor area. Restrooms are located in the Legal Center next door.
Yes, it's okay to bring your dogs with you to the market. Just please make sure to do your part and walk them in the appropriate area before entering the market and keep them under physical control. Thank you!
