Baby Greens Salad with Lemon and Sesame

Mouth-watering spring salad. Enjoy with roasted chicken or grilled fish.
Ingredients
1 lb mixed baby braising greens  (Harvest Table Farm)
1 Tbsp toasted sesame
2 Tbsp olive oil
2  cloves garlic, sliced thin
1 Tbsp  Meyer lemon vinegar (Home Appertit)
1 cayenne pepper, sliced
 Instructions
Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to a cast iron skillet.  When the oil gets hot, toast the garlic in it.
After you can smell the garlic, add the greens until they pop and make a mess of the kitchen.
Add the Meyer lemon vinegar to get greens to wilt
Add cayenne pepper for some zip
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the sesame seeds.
