Easy Spinach Salad

Fresh spinach is in season! And a very simple salad is the best way to taste this sweet and healthy veggie.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • 4 cups of fresh baby spinach

In a large bowl whisk together lemon juice, oil, and honey.
Wash, spin damp and add spinach; toss gently to coat leaves.
Add pepper and salt
