Opening Day for 2019 is April 13th
RFAMA Board of Directors and Roswell City Officials confirm the 2019 market season will be April 13th through October 26th. Same location behind Roswell City Hall. 8am-12pm hours.

Orzo Pasta Salad with Tomatoes, Corn and Basil
MEAL HIGHLIGHTS
Serves: 4 to 6
Prep Time: 20 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.
INGREDIENTS
1 pint cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
½ cup Hidden Valley® Farmhouse Originals Homestyle Italian Dressing
10 ounces orzo pasta
2 cups frozen corn
3 tablespoons basil thinly chopped
DIRECTIONS
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add orzo and cook according to package instructions. Add corn to the boiling pasta for the last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking time to thaw.
Drain and rinse the pasta and corn with cold water. Refrigerate until chilled.

The new market is going great! The market avenue has been filled with a steady flow of customers
and the vendor booths are nearly full. Each week, we have half-dozen new vendor applications which
speaks to the vibrance of the market. We strive to have something new for you every week, so come
see us, support our local entrepreneurs, and enjoy the music!
