It’s spring in Roswell and that means our local, family farms are bursting with
cool-weather vegetables, herbs, fruits, and live plants of the season. Here is a sample of what we expect:
Red head lettuce
Kale
Arugula
Swiss chard
Green head lettuce
Leaf lettuce mix
Spinach
Onions
Collards
Beets
Acorn squash
Butternut squash
Watercress
Poss Asparagus
Radish
Dandelion greens (Italian Chicory)
Strawberries (possibly 2nd market of season)
Tomato plants
Herb seedlings: Lavender, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary
Flower seedlings: Impatiens and Geraniums

Artisan Crafters

Want to show off your skills and talents at the market during one of our weekly educational workshops.
Student Volunteers

Looking for student interns to get involved. Many opportunities for marketing, social media, teaching exist. A great way to learn about community building and farmers market administration. Community service and resume builder.
Teachers

We're especially looking for teachers willing to share a Saturday morning with the community. Workshops, educational seminars. Children arts and crafts. Music. And much more.
Chefs and Restaurants

Spots are filling up quickly. Promote your restaurant while helping us demonstrate to to cook quick and healthy meals.
