Ingredients

- 1-2 tablespoons of honey
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- 4 cups of fresh baby spinach
In a large bowl whisk together lemon juice, oil, and honey.
Wash, spin damp and add spinach; toss gently to coat leaves.
